Exfoliate before spray tanning. The thinner the dead skin layer on the surface of your skin, the longer before your spray tan will last.
Wait at least 4-5 hours before showering, or longer when possible.
Wait at least 6 hours before swimming, and avoid chlorinated water if possible.
